Terms and conditions
These terms apply to the courses offered by My-Autoécole, operated by FARESSE TRANSPORT ET LOGISTIQUE GROUP Sàrl (UID CHE-493.986.745), route de Montfleury 5D, 1214 Vernier.
1. Booking
You can book online through our MyRezApp calendar (« Book a lesson » page), via WhatsApp or by phone at +41 76 562 24 71. Your booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation.
2. Prices
Prices are those shown on our Prices page at the time of booking, in Swiss francs (CHF).
3. Cancellation by the student
You can cancel or reschedule a lesson free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts. If you cancel less than 48 hours before or do not show up, the lesson is due.
4. Cancellation by the driving school
The driving school may cancel or reschedule a lesson at any time depending on circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, illness, vehicle breakdown). In that case, the lesson is either rescheduled free of charge or refunded.
5. Group courses
Group courses (awareness course, first aid…) may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached (first aid: 6 participants). A group session may also be cancelled for other reasons. In all cases, you will be informed and the session is either rescheduled to another date free of charge or refunded.
6. Lesson packages
Lesson packages are valid for 12 months from purchase. During this period, unused lessons can be refunded. After 12 months, no refund is possible.
7. Late arrival
Lessons start and end at the scheduled times because another lesson follows. If you arrive late, the lesson will not be extended and is due in full.
8. Documents
For every driving lesson you must carry your valid learner’s permit and an ID. Without them the lesson cannot take place.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the company’s registered office in Vernier (GE).
