Recruiting drivers remains difficult for passenger transport companies in the region. We take care of training your recruits and following up your drivers, in Vernier, in Coppet or at your premises.
Your recruits train on our own coach: your line vehicles stay in service.

Lessons and minimum training: the vehicle must be equipped as a driving-school vehicle (dual pedals, instructor mirrors, art. 10 OMCo). Line coaches rarely are, so training takes place on our coach unless you have an equipped vehicle.

Without one year of experience in category C (or trolleybus), art. 8 OAC requires minimum training of 52 lessons for holders of a B, C1 or D1 licence, 24 for holders of a C licence and 12 for holders of a D licence restricted to scheduled line services, with an instructor authorised for heavy categories who holds the D licence.
Yes for drivers who already hold the D licence (assessment, further training, eco-driving). For learners without a D licence, your vehicle must be equipped as a driving-school vehicle (dual pedals, instructor mirrors); otherwise training takes place on our coach.
